What is the delivery time?
Under each of our products you can see the estimated delivery time, our parcels are delivered within 21 business days. It may be faster or longer, it all depends on the speed of customs control, the speed of which we cannot influence.
I want to return the toy and get my money back, it's possible?
Yes it is possible. You can return the product within 14 days after receiving the parcel. You send the parcel at your own expense. The toy must be in good condition.
